Our Nanny Share Program is when two families hire one nanny to care for their children either on a full-time or part-time basis. The nanny share can apply to families with the same or different work schedules. The families may choose to have the nanny work some days at their home and other days at the other family’s home. It's a way for parents to use the services of a nanny while sharing the cost with others.
Ideal Nanny Shares
- Families with children of approximately the same ages. They work particularly well for babies due to childcare options for infants being limited in Daycare centers.
- Families live fairly close to one another.
- Families work hours are similar.
- Child care philosophies are similar (discipline, dietary methods, age-appropriate activities, etc.)
