Membership Renewal Fee---------------------------------------$80 Membership Renewal Details: The Membership renewal fee includes back-up placements for one (1) year. Screening Fee: If a Family has chosen a Nanny outside of the Agency they can use our services to screen the Nanny with a fee of $160. The screening will include the items listed under the Application Details. This fee will ONLY cover the screening services and not the membership. If you also wish to have the membership, there will be an additional fee of $60. Referral Fee----------------------------10% of Nanny’s gross income Work-a-Mom (Nanny who brings their child) -------------Less 10% Note: The fee is split for Nanny Shares. Payment Options:Option 1: Pay 10% of the Nanny’s annual gross income in full. Option 2: Create a payment plan for the 10% of the Nanny's annual gross income. Option 3: Pay 10% of the Nanny’s pay each pay period.

Temporary Placements Option 1: Become a registered client with the agency for an annual fee of $210. The agency charges a daily referral fee (see the chart below) any time you use the service. Payment to the nanny is handled directly between the client and the nanny at an agreed upon hourly rate. The agency bills your pre-authorized credit card for any referrals before the services begin. Option 2: If you need infrequent back-up services or short-term placements over the course of the year, you may still access our services without becoming a registered client. However, the fees are higher than the normal fees and the agency will bill the pre-authorized credit card for the referrals before the services begin. Policies
Replacement Policy: The Agency guarantees the initial placement of a candidate for a period of 90 days. If for any reason the initial placement is not satisfactory, the Agency will use its best efforts to refer additional candidates at no additional cost within the 90 days. After 90 days, a $120 fee will be charged for replacements.
Refund Policy: If for any reason, the placement is not satisfactory and it is terminated within the first 90 days of the Nanny’s employment, the Agency will offer a pro-rated credit based on the number of days that the employee was in the position. This will only apply if the Client does not wish for the Agency to find a replacement.
- 100% credit within month one.
- 50% credit within month two.
- 25% credit within month three.
